Afternoon Tea Birthday Card – 3D Slot Together Card

A charming birthday card inspired by traditional afternoon tea rituals, this illustrated tea room transforms into a fun 3D building filled with cakes, sandwiches and celebratory Birthday details.

The Afternoon Tea Room is dressed in classic teal tones with traditional brickwork, floral window displays and a perfectly placed clock set to 4pm - the perfect time for Tea.
Inside the windows, tables are set with afternoon tea, champagne upgrades and indulgent treats.

The roof reads “Treat yourself, it’s your birthday”, while the shopfront includes a playful sign offering “Birthday champagne upgrades”.

Part of my 'Paper Village' Card Range, this cleverly engineered card is die cut and pre-creased; it folds and slots together to create a freestanding 3D keepsake. No glue or scissors needed. The back of the card has a little guide on how the card easily slots together, following the numbered flaps.
